Celltick Launches TIP Movistar in Partnership with Movistar Argentina

Celltick, a major player in Mobile Initiated Commerce, recently introduced a unique interactive service of high value, called the TIP Movistar.

Launched in partnership with Movistar Argentina, the new service allows Movistar Argentina's clients to easily discover and benefit, through their mobile device, from a big variety of friendly services for the users.

Movistar is the wireless operator of Grupo Telefónica in Argentina, and has more than 16.8 million users in the country.

Managed by Celltick and executed through their patented platform, LiveScreen, TIP Movistar will also allow Movistar Argentina to reach their consumers in a friendly, non-intrusive and economical way, with low costs and high effectiveness.

“We are happy with our partnership with a leader operator in the market as Movistar Argentina,” said Ronen Daniel, CEO of Celltick, in a press statement. “South America is a strategic geography for us and this partnership shows our stronger commitment to provide innovative, consumer-oriented services specially designed for this market. We trust that we will enable Movistar Argentina's clients an easy access to beneficial information and high demand services. We have proved that we can make mobile initiated commerce work successfully in markets worldwide.”

Celltick drives billions of transactions annually across more than 110 million active consumers across its different mobile platforms based in over 25 countries. It creates and manages mass market mobile marketing solutions for mobile operators, large media companies, device manufacturers and large brands.

Officials said that the rapidly growing company has its subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, South America, and the U.S.

In February, HealthTechZone reported that Celltick has announced its partnership with Cherry Mobile, a leading mobile phone company in the Philippines, to launch an intelligent interface for Android consumers based on Start.
