Major player in the payroll and payroll software market, PayChoice, recently released a mobile version of its cloud-based payroll and HR Software- as -a -Service (SaaS) suite, ENCORE. The release of ENCORE Mobile is in recognition of the relatively recent and massive surge in popularity of mobile devices.
The redesigned website allows mobile users to instantly access ENCORE in a format optimized for mobile viewing. Furthermore, ENCORE Mobile takes full advantage of its mobile operating system's native functionality — including iOS, Android and Windows Mobile — to automatically access portrait mode viewing and touchscreen navigation.
The software can automatically detect the user access point, be it traditional desktop or a mobile device, and will optimize viewing, directing users to ENCORE Mobile if necessary. Best of all, the new mobile version uses the same multifactor user authentication from RSA as the original version, ensuring secure access.

Employees using the product have the ability to view paychecks and earnings details, as well as taxes and deductions, demographic information and receive company messages from their administrator. Employers and managers, meanwhile, can access payroll and HR information, while users with access to multiple companies and employees can use dynamic search to make finding individual employee information fast and easy.
Of course, mobile users will still be presented with the option of viewing the full ENCORE online site at the start of their session, with access to greater functionality.
Last month, PayChoice released a mobile payroll app called the Online Employer Mobile App, or OE Mobile, which provides access to payroll processing functions and data.
In August, the company partnered with My Recruiting Center, allowing PayChoice software users to use My Recruiting Center's technology for a more complete candidate recruiting and hiring process.
